Wildflower Estates Condominium, Beechurst, New York

The first phase of the development involved the restoration of the Arthur Hammerstein Estate and creation of a village-like setting around this Neo-Tudor building while preserving the waterfront views and the character of the original landscaping. Thirty new residential units, including six special duplexes within the existing Landmark building were completed in 1999. The second phase of the development involved 27 new residential triplexes with individual garages at the ground level.
