Rogers Memorial Library Southampton

This project involved the full interior and exterior renovation of the early 1800’s former residence, including installation of a new elevator (with hand excavated elevator pit in the center of the building), for the Library’s use as auxiliary programming space, offices, and storage. As a landmarked building, extensive care had to be taken to preserve the historical elements of the structure as specified by the Historical Consultant retained for the project.
