- Help boards and stakeholders define project goals and priorities.
- Assess existing building conditions and identify needed repairs or upgrades to detect both maintenance needs and short/long term capital priorities.
- Develop planning/preliminary budgets and schedules to establish scope of the project.
- Coordinate selection of architects and engineers to submit proposals based on the scope of the project.
- Assist in developing terms of engagement for inclusion in design and construction contracts.
- Facilitate community and staff input sessions.
- Coordinate the development of a pre-referendum schematic design and the entire design phase with monthly budget updates.
