TRUST
What People Are Saying
We have worked with Sandpebble on projects large and small for more than 15 years, and I trust them completely. Their model is different-and it works! What sets Sandpebble apart is the level of trust they earn through unwavering alignment with their clients’ interests and deep, practical expertise. They operate as true partners—bringing experience, judgment, anticipating challenges, and consistently prioritizing the right outcomes for their client. That combination of integrity and technical precision is rare, and it is why I trust them without hesitation. I can’t think of a question I have had for them over the years for which they were not able to find an answer-and those answers are always honest, precise, and steeped in deep expertise. Other firms exploit complexity for their profit, Sandpebble embraces and navigates complexity with our interests as their only guide.

I’m at a loss for words to succinctly describe almost two decades of our history.
Over multiple projects spanning nearly twenty years, ranging from building reviews, HVAC projects, renovations, and new construction, Sandpebble has been an invaluable partner along every step of the journey. Truly defining preconstruction services, including facilitating community charettes, budget planning, architect evaluations, and constituent communications, I wouldn’t consider beginning any construction project without adding them to the team day one. Sandpebble=a value-add to every project.
Kerri Rosalia, Director Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Public Library, NY
Sandpebble oversaw the entire project and ensured that all work was completed professionally, in accordance with the Village’s specifications, and ahead of schedule.
Sandpebble’s talented team, led by Victor Canseco, along with Greg Russo and Chris Barletta, guided us through the myriad decisions that needed to be made and they were always responsive to our inquiries, which allowed the Board of Trustees to make fully informed decisions. Sandpebble oversaw the entire project and ensured that all work was completed professionally, in accordance with the Village’s specifications, and ahead of schedule. Their knowledge and advice were invaluable, as was the preconstruction sequencing of the project they provided. I recommend Sandpebble to you without reservation!

Sandpebble guided us through the bidding process so that we could hire local contractors and get the best quality work…..Longwood taxpayers can sleep better because of Sandpebble.
I worked very closely with Sandpebble on a $17 million renovation project at the Longwood Public Library. Sandpebble guided the project from conceptual design through construction, resulting in a beautiful building on time and on budget. We engaged the community with a charette process, which resulted in the community getting the kind of library they wanted at a price they could afford. I have complete confidence in Sandpebble’s ability to guide a project, resulting in no change orders or budget problems.
Suzanne Johnson, Longwood Public Library Director, LEED Gold
I was very happy with the entire process and would use them again in a heartbeat.
Sandpebble did an exceptional job with project management on the renovation of the West Islip Public Library. Their expertise was critical to the success of the project. They were involved in all aspects of the project, from its initial planning, the selection of the architect and MEP engineers, the organization of plans and specifications, the bidding and RFP process, and in the coordination and supervision of the various contractors. They were proactive in anticipating and solving problems, and their communication, both with the library and the various parties involved with the project, was first rate. I was very happy with the entire process and would use them again in a heartbeat.
Andrew Hamm, Director, West Islip Public Library, NY
The Board, staff and community are all thrilled with the finished product. In terms of design, cost and quality, it is exactly what we asked for and expected.
We have recently moved into our brand new, LEED Gold Library. Although it has been six years since the Board first began to discuss a building upgrade/expansion, the Board, staff and community are all thrilled with the finished product. In terms of design, cost and quality. It is exactly what we asked for and expected. In retrospect, before we made any other decisions or hired anyone else the first important decision we made was to engage Sandpebble Builders as our Project Manager. Through the pre-referendum, architect and engineer selection process, design, bidding, construction, and post construction phases, they showed us the way to a successful project conclusion. What we have learned through this process is that a successful capital project involves hundreds of activities carried out by outside vendors and their employees. These must be choreographed in a way that insures that control always remains with the Board. The key to this involved the terms of engagement of each of these design professionals and vendors together with constant monitoring and “course adjustments”. Sandpebble’s endless enthusiasm, honesty, and effort in our behalf throughout the project were the key it its success. In addition, they saved us more than the fee we paid them.
Michael Lennon, President, Board of Trustees Westhampton Beach Free Library LEED GOLD
Sandpebble was an integral component in the success of the passing of our referendum for a much needed new fire house at a time when bond issues were not being passed.
