Sandpebble provided Project Management for building a new garage focused on both functionality and environmental responsibility. The project included planning, design, permitting, and construction phases, with an emphasis on sustainable choices. To reduce environmental impact, the owner installed a recycled motor oil–fired furnace to heat the space. This system was integrated with radiant floor heating, providing consistent and efficient warmth. Combined with modern, high-performance insulation, the garage achieves strong energy efficiency while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment year-round.
