The Village of Amityville sought to build a modern, efficient Village Hall that would improve public access to municipal services and reflect the community’s commitment to sustainability. The selected site—adjacent to a former police department headquarters with an underground gasoline storage tank—presented immediate environmental and financial challenges that required careful planning and technical expertise.
