145 Sayres Path – Spa

The project consisted of the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-end custom residence featuring a primary home, an integrated outdoor pool, and a standalone spa building designed as a luxury wellness retreat. Project management responsibilities encompassed full lifecycle oversight, from pre-construction planning through final commissioning and beyond.

The scope included coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty spa consultants to deliver a cohesive design that balanced aesthetics, performance, and code compliance. The separate spa building was constructed to include a full kitchen, great room with fireplace, sauna, caldarium, and warm tepidarium, requiring specialized environmental controls, moisture management systems, and high-performance finishes.

Key project management functions included schedule development and tracking, budget control, contractor and vendor coordination, procurement of specialty equipment, quality assurance, and on-site construction oversight. Particular attention was given to integrating complex HVAC, plumbing, and waterproofing systems to support the spa environments while maintaining long-term durability and user comfort.

The project was delivered through close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, timely resolution of construction challenges, and successful delivery of a luxury residential and wellness experience.
